Roof & Gutter Cleaning
We will clear your gutters, valleys and downpipes of all debris, ensuring all are free flowing. This includes removal of all rubbish from site, any ground level clean up required and a flush through with water to confirm downpipes are unblocked and emptying the gutters adequately.
Pressure Washing
Moss, algae and lichen build up on most roofs diminishing their cosmetic appeal and lifespan. We treat and remove all such growth from your roof, restoring its appearance and further helping your gutters to stay free flowing. We can also pressure wash your driveways, paths or walls.
Rust Treatment
We remove the rust from your valleys, skylights, flashings etc... and then coat with an Anti-rust, galvanised paint to future proof from further corrosion. This will save you money in the long run by stopping the rust in its tracks before costly replacement becomes necessary.
Anchor Point Installation
We are certified to install 'SafetyLink' anchor points where necessary on your roof as a permanent safety feature for future works. This allows harnessed work to be easily carried out and will give you peace of mind knowing that your roof is as safe as possible.
Tree Trimming
We can trim back overhanging branches that may be interfering with your roof or causing your gutters to fill with the debris they regularly shed. Often leaves and seeds from such trees disrupt your downpipes and cause blockages. Tree trimming is a simple solution to this problem
Tile Replacement
Is your roof water tight? Whether you have 1 cracked tile or 100, we can supply and replace all, according to your roofs needs. This includes sourcing the exact profile of your specific tiles, in case you don't have any spares, and disposing of your old broken ones.
Flashing & Gutter Repairs
If you have a leak issue or water flow problem, we can repair/ replace flashing or re-fix sagging gutters to solve the problem. If the problem is more advanced we can have our plumber or roof tiler come in and discuss options with you depending on what is needed.
Gutter Guard Options
We find a lot of problems arise with permanent gutter guards if not maintained regularly (at least once a year), and therefore advise against such guards. We recommend a simple bottlebrush wire guard for downpipes which allow water flow but stop leaves and debris from entering the pipe.
